Common Questions
I don't actually believe AI recommends specific agents. Does this really happen?
Yes — and you can test it right now. Open ChatGPT or Perplexity and type "who are the best real estate agents in [your market]?" You'll get 1–3 names. The agents on that list didn't get there by accident — they have the right platform signals in place. The agents not on the list (likely including you) don't exist to that seller or buyer before they ever pick up the phone.
I already have a Google Business Profile. Doesn't that cover it?
Claiming a Google Business Profile is step one.
