Common Questions
I don't actually believe AI recommends specific agents. Does this really happen?
Yes — and you can test it right now. Open ChatGPT or Perplexity and type "who are the best luxury real estate agents in [your market]?" You'll get a specific list of names. The agents on that list didn't get there by accident — they have the right platform signals in place. I already have a Google Business Profile. Doesn't that cover it?
Claiming a Google Business Profile is step one.
